The cover of this blanket is removeable, for washing. Generous size of 15 x 30.
This blanket can also be placed in the freezer, to soothe a bruise or sports injury.
To Heat: Place in a clean microwave and heat in one minute intervals until optimal warmth is achieved. Blanket should feel warm, not hot, to the touch. To Cool: Seal in a plastic bag and place in freezer for at least 4 hours. May be left in freezer indefinitely until ready for use. To Clean: Remove outside case and machine wash and dry.
