Wig Cancellation or Change Requests
As soon as your order is submitted, we begin immediate processing. If you request a cancellation, bear in mind that you may be charged a restocking fee even if the item has not yet shipped. Changing a color or style (instead of canceling) may also result in a restocking fee. This fee will be charged on the original wig ordered. Restocking fees are determined by the status of your order at the time of cancellation. If your order has been through any stages of processing, your request is processed as a return and our standard return policies will apply.
Hats, Turbans and Other Products - Cancellation or Change Requests
We will make every attempt to honor your cancellation or change requests, however, we begin immediate processing of your order upon submission. For this reason, we cannot guarantee our ability to cancel or edit an order, even if you call or email us immediately after placing it. If an order is still located in our order intake department, we are happy to honor your requests whenever possible. If your order has already been sent to our shipping department, we cannot cancel it or make any alterations. Please note that if your order was placed during non-business hours, it is likely that the order will move to our shipping department before our customer care team will access your email or voicemail.
Gift Certificate Cancellation and Return Policy
Gift certificates are not refundable and cannot be cancelled. If you are the recipient, you may exchange any item(s) for other merchandise in our store, within the guidelines of our published return policy.
