Question:  How do I place an order?

Answer: We offer easy on-line credit card ordering.  As you scroll through our on-line catalog, you will notice a button with a magnifying glass which says, "View Details."  Click there, and you will be taken to a page that gives you further information about the item.  From there, you can add the item to your shopping cart.  When you are ready to check out, click the "Shopping Cart" text on the top right hand side of your screen, in light blue letters.  From there, follow the checkout procedure.

Answer:   We offer a condensed catalog which features a selection of 30 items from our women's headwear and cosmetics lines.  We do not have a wig catalog at this time.  Our online catalog features our complete product line of over 1200 products, as well as seasonal items, which can change daily.  For the best selection, it is always best to shop online.  We offer the mini catalogs for those who do not have internet access.  Please fill out our catalog request form to have a catalog mailed to you or a loved one.  You may also request brochures for your hospital or support group on this page.

Question:  Do your hats come in sizes?

Answer: All of our hats are one size fits most.  Most of our hats are made of fabric that stretches, or they have hidden elastic built into the back, to accommodate a variety of head sizes.  If you have any concerns regarding the fit of a particular hat, feel free to contact us with your questions.

Question:  Do you offer discounts to chemotherapy patients?

Answer: All of our products are priced well below suggested retail and are already discounted.  Most of our clients are chemotherapy patients or individuals on fixed incomes.  Our everyday prices are set with these needs in mind.

Answer:  Headcovers Unlimited, Inc. is primarily a retail business.  We hope to expand in order to offer our products to select retailers in the near future.  If you would like to be on our mailing list for future retailer consideration, please email us with your company information and mission.  If you are a nonprofit entity in need of a large quantity of one particular item, please contact us for special arrangements.
