Question: How do I place an order?
Answer: We offer easy on-line credit card ordering. As you scroll through our on-line catalog, you will notice a button with a magnifying glass which says, "View Details." Click there, and you will be taken to a page that gives you further information about the item. From there, you can add the item to your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, click the "Shopping Cart" text on the top right hand side of your screen, in light blue letters. From there, follow the checkout procedure.

Question: Do you offer gift certificates?

Question: I see an item pictured on your model but the website isn't giving me the option to order it. How do I order it?
Answer: Our color selection changes on a daily basis. Occasionally a particular color is more popular than anticipated and we run out of it. In order to best serve our customers, items that are out of stock are not available to order on our website. Most often, we will be restocking the item soon. As soon as it returns to stock, we will add it as an option to order again. Please keep checking back, or consider the item in one of our other available options. We are constantly adding new fabrics and colors, and discontinuing others as seasons and fashion trends change.

Question: How do I donate my hair to be made into a wig for a cancer patient?
Answer: Headcovers Unlimited does not accept hair donations. However, we recommend that you contact a nonprofit organization called Locks of Love. Please note that we do not make custom wigs. For more information about this question, please visit our Wig Frequently Asked Questions Page.

Question: Do your hats come in sizes?
Answer: All of our hats are one size fits most. Most of our hats are made of fabric that stretches, or they have hidden elastic built into the back, to accommodate a variety of head sizes. If you have any concerns regarding the fit of a particular hat, feel free to contact us with your questions.

Question: Do you offer discounts to chemotherapy patients?
Answer: All of our products are priced well below suggested retail and are already discounted. Most of our clients are chemotherapy patients or individuals on fixed incomes. Our everyday prices are set with these needs in mind.
