Headwear may be returned in new condition within 30 days for refund or exchange. Original tags and packaging must be intact. Wigs may be exchanged within 7 days if all original tags and packaging is intact. They may not have been brushed or worn. You must obtain an authorization number before returning wigs. A 20-45% restocking fee applies to all wig exchanges. No refunds on wigs - exchanges only. Shipping charges are not refundable.
