How are we able to offer these designer wigs for such cheap prices? Are they used? Are they knockoffs? These are questions customers want to know about our discount wigs and should ask before purchasing a wig from anywhere. The good news is that our discount wigs are exactly what they seem. As an authorized retailer of all the wig lines we carry, you can relax knowing that any wig you purchase from us is 100% authentic and new. That is guaranteed.

We occasionally offer a selection of our wigs at cheap prices in order to make space for new inventory. Why? There are a number of reasons why we offer these wigs at lower prices including:

• Some are discontinued styles or colors. 
• Some are overstocks. 
• Some were purchased as part of a special promotion from the manufacturer.
• Some are special orders that have been cancelled by a customer.
• Some were ordered by our staff by mistake.
• Some have been on display and therefore, they may have been pre-styled by us.
• Some have misplaced boxes, slightly damaged boxes or hang tags.

Are any of these wigs used? Absolutely not. Are they defective? No. They are quite simply wigs that we need to clear from our shelves for one reason or another.  The only way to get this reassurance from any retailer is to purchase from an authorized retailer, read the fine print and if you have any questions, ask.  

What Do We Do With Returned Wigs?

Orders sent back to us from customers are returned to the manufacturer for refurbishment or are donated to local cancer centers. We will not sell you a wig that has been worn.
