 HEADWEAR AND GIFTWARE RETURNS:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and should be accompanied by a Return Form
  • All tags and packaging must be included as shipped.
  • We cannot accept returns on hats if they are damaged or mistreated due to improper packagingIf your item was shipped in a box, please pack it in a box (and not an envelope) for returns. If the item(s) arrive crushed, bent, or have excessive wrinkling we cannot issue proper credit. Please package the items with care to ensure safe delivery back to us.
  • Your returned item must reach us in the original condition in which it was shipped.   All headwear must be free from loose hairs, stains, and odors and cannot be stretched out or wrinkled from wearing. If the hat or turban has been laundered, we cannot accept a return. We recommend that you remove your makeup before trying on an item.
  • We want to give you a FULL credit for the item you are returning, but for quality control purposes, any returned items will be inspected carefully before we can issue credits. This policy ensures that all customers will receive a clean, unused, perfect item with every order they place.
  • Any item that does not meet the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense. Please do not send back items that you have had for over 30 days or items you have worn.
  • We offer no hassle refunds as long as the above guidelines are followed.  You may also exchange the returned product for other merchandise.
  • If the total of your returned merchandise is $100 or less in value, we do not charge any restocking fees.
  • Due to the high administrative cost of excessive returns, if the total of your returned merchandise exceeds $100 in value, there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your credit. 
  • If the total of your returned merchandise exceeds $250 in value, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your credit.
  •  If the total of your returned merchandise exceeds $1000 in value, there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from your credit.
  • Some closeout items or sale items are not returnable. These products will be clearly marked next to the product description.
  • Defective Products -   All products are fully inspected before shipping.  For this reason, product defects are extremely rare.  If you find a headwear, swimwear, jewelry or gift item to be defective, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt.  At this time, please explain the product defect in detail.  The item must be shipped back to us via first class mail within 10 days of receipt.  The item must be returned unaltered, clean and unworn with its original tags and packaging.  Upon our inspection, if the product is found to have a manufacturer defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of first class shipping back to us.  We will promptly send you a replacement item in the exact same style and color as the original product ordered at no additional cost. Replacement items that are shipped to you due to defects or short shipments are not returnable or refundable.
  • Please inspect your shipment upon receipt of your package.  Any defects, omissions or inaccurate shipments that are not claimed within 3 days of receipt will not be accepted for refunds, exchanges or credits.
  • If you have paid by check, money order or Western Union, we cannot issue cash refunds.  Credit will be issued in the form of an in store credit or gift certificate.
  • Exchange orders are charged a discounted flat rate shipping fee of only $3.95.  This applies to domestic (USA) orders only.  Exchange orders that are shipping to other destinations will be charged our standard shipping fees.
  • We do not issue shipping refunds on packages that cannot be delivered or are returned to sender.
  • We strongly recommend that you insure the returned package to protect yourself. If your package is lost or damaged in the mail, we cannot issue any merchandise credits. 
  • Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing of your refund or exchange.

WIG RETURNS:

Due to state and federal health regulations, return of wigs are only accepted under the following strict conditions.   Any wig that is returned to us, which does not meet our guidelines for returnable items, will be returned back to you at your expense.

  • All original tags must be intact on the wig.
  • The wig may not have been brushed, combed, cut, washed or worn. It must be free from gels, sprays or other hair care products.  It must be free of odors, such as cigarette or cigar smoke.  Brushing and combing a wig changes the texture of the fibers and is easily detectable by our returns department. Please keep this in mind when you are inspecting your wig.
  • All original packaging must be included with the wig. Packaging and wig must arrive back to us intact, undamaged and complete, exactly as received.
  • You must notify us of your intent to exchange your wig WITHIN 5 DAYS of receipt.  Returned items must reach us WITHIN 10 DAYS of receipt.
  • EXCHANGES ONLY - NO REFUNDS.
  • A 25% restocking fee is assessed on wig exchanges in the following lines: Revlon, Adolfo, Louis Ferre, European Naturals, Motown Tress, Alan Eaton, Tressallure and Jacqueline.
  • A 35% restocking fee applies to all wig exchanges by Amore, Rene of Paris, Henry Margu, Raquel Welch, Jon Renau, Eva Gabor and Noriko. Please choose carefully.
  • No refunds on shipping.
  • WIG RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE BOX. To obtain authorization, please email our wig inquiries department.  You can also call us at 1-800-264-4287 to obtain authorization. State your name, why you are requesting a return, and what you would like to exchange it for.  Any package without a return authorization number on the box will be marked "Return to Sender" and will come back to you.
  • After you have obtained a return authorization number, please complete our wig return form and include it inside the box. 
  • We strongly recommend that you insure the package to protect yourself. If your package is lost or damaged in the mail, we cannot issue any merchandise credits.  
  • ONE WIG EXCHANGE ALLOWED PER ORDER. We cannot accept multiple returns due to the high administrative costs involved. We will be happy to consult with you and help you in your wig selection. We recognize that we can't always get it right the first time, but we have to limit the number of returns in order to keep our prices low.
  • Defective Products -   All products are fully inspected before shipping.  For this reason, product defects are extremely rare.  If you find a wig product to be defective, you must contact us for a return authorization number within 3 days of receipt.  At this time, please explain the defect in detail.  The item must be received back by our returns department within 7 days of receipt.  The product must be returned unaltered with all original packaging.  Upon our inspection, if the product is found to have a manufacturer defect, we will reimburse up to $6 to you for your return shipping.  We will promptly send you a replacement wig in the exact same style and color as the original product ordered at no additional cost. 
  • Please inspect your shipment upon receipt of your package.  Any defects, omissions or inaccurate shipments that are not claimed within 3 days of receipt will not be accepted for refunds, exchanges or credits.
  • Some closeout wigs, special offer wigs or sale wigs are not returnable. These products will be clearly marked next to the product description.
  • In order to comply with insurances codes, we cannot accept a wig back for exchange or credit after customer requests and receives a receipt for a cranial prosthesis.

COSMETICS (Wig & Skin Care Products, Eyebrows, Eyelashes, Makeup)

  • To ensure the safety of our customers, cosmetics are not returnable.  To maintain health codes (and to protect our customers from tampering), we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on eyebrows, eyelashes, eyebrow adhesive, eyelash adhesive, wig shampoo, wig conditioner, It Stays, wig hair spray, eyebrow makeup and skin care products.  Please understand that this policy has been implemented to ensure that all products are sanitary and free from tampering.
  • Cushion Bands are not returnable due to sanitary reasons. Once it has been removed from its package, it is no longer sterile.
  • Wig caps and wig stands can be returned only if they are still in their original plastic packaging. 
  • Defective Products -   All products are fully inspected before shipping.  For this reason, product defects are extremely rare.  If you find a cosmetic product to be defective, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt.  At this time, please explain the product defect in detail.  The item must be returned to us via first class mail within 5 days of receipt.  The product must be returned unaltered in its original packaging (not cut, worn, dyed, glued, used, torn or modified in any way).  Upon our inspection, if the product is found to have a manufacturer defect, we will reimburse you for the cost of first class shipping back to us.  We will promptly send you a replacement item in the exact same style and color as the original product ordered at no additional cost.  If the product has been altered or is not deemed defective, it will be returned to you and your account will be charged a $5 shipping and handling fee.
  • We do not issue shipping refunds on packages that cannot be delivered or are returned to sender.
  • If you have paid by check, money order or Western Union, we cannot issue cash refunds.  Credit will be issued in the form of an in store credit or gift certificate.

SWIMWEAR (Swim Caps, Goggles, Swim Accessories)

  • Unworn, undamaged swim caps can be returned within 14 days of receipt, for exchange or refund.
  • Swim caps can be easily torn or damaged if not properly handled.  Please refer to our enclosed instructions for handling before using the product.  Items that are damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange, or eligible for claim under our defective product policy.
  • Swim goggles, ear plugs and nose clips are not returnable for sanitary reasons.  Please handle goggles with care as straps can be easily torn or broken due to improper handling.  Broken goggle straps are not eligible for claim under our defective product policy.
  • Individuals will experience varying levels of water resistance with any swim cap, due to usage, application, head size, activity, hair volume and other factors.  Swim caps are not considered defective if they do not meet your performance expectations.  Used or worn swim caps are not returnable.
  • Returned items must be free of odors such as cigarette or cigar smoke and chlorine.

GIFT CERTIFICATES 

Gift certificates are non-refundable.  If you have purchased an item with a gift certificate, we have an EXCHANGES ONLY policy.  Exchanges will follow the same policies outlined above.  We cannot issue cash refunds for items purchased with a gift certificate.
