Coupon code, promo code, discount code and voucher code all mean the same thing here. There is one box in the cart and any of them goes in it.

This page is updated whenever an offer changes, so it is the one to check rather than a coupon site.

If you see "Coupon Code is Not Valid," either the requirements of the coupon have not been met or the coupon is no longer valid. The usual causes, in the order we see them:

• The code came from another website and was never one of ours. This is the most common reason we see, and there is more on it below.
• The cart total has not reached the minimum yet, or part of the cart is excluded from the offer.
• A second coupon is already applied. Only one code works per order.
• The code has expired or reached its usage allotment.
• The code was typed with an extra space, or pasted with one on the end.

This happens often, and it is not your fault. We take calls every week about Headcovers codes we never created. Sale items are different. A coupon can usually be used on sale merchandise as well, unless that particular offer says otherwise, so it is worth applying your code to a marked-down cart and watching the total.

No. Mastectomy products ship directly from the manufacturer rather than from our warehouse in League City, so they are not eligible for our shipping offers. If an order contains a mastectomy item, the free shipping code will not apply to that order, even if the total is over $75.

We do ship internationally. Free shipping is the part that does not travel: the offer covers Standard Shipping to one address within the 48 contiguous US states, so international shipping is calculated at checkout in the usual way.

The same applies to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO or FPO addresses. Your order is welcome, the shipping is simply quoted rather than free at $75.
